Good

Centrally located on Koh San road, however this street is probably better served for younger folks looking to party. The rooftop pool was a nice feature and well used during out stay there.

Great

Great location. Khao San Road is a party road and noisy so don’t stay on it if you can’t sleep over a bit of music. But location ideal if you want to be amongst it. Room really comfortable even without window. Pool and roof top bar is nice, reasonable ish prices for drinks there.

Not enough sun loungers around the pool. Pool area always full.

This is a party street, enjoy the craziness or stay in another area.

This place is a means to an end because the price is right and the rooms are clean. The rooftop pool is great. The staff is friendly if you are friendly with them.

Depending where your room is situated, you might feel like you are sleeping on top of an all night party. They kindly changed our room upon request.

Great location and value for money!

Good price, great location and a lovely roof top pool. The breakfast was reasonable price (250 bht) and you got a lot for that price!

It’s very noisy as it’s on Khao San road. Could here music playing until about 5am.

Always a belter this place. You get what you pay for which is not luxury, but it’s one of if not the best location and the pool is a bonus.

Top spot for a bargain price

If you're young and love a party and a bargain then this is your spot. Lovely pool, cheap rates and a very nice and clean hotel all round.

For a family with kids or people who don't like going out late I wouldn't recommend it due to the noise.

The Hotel is just along the best party street in Bangkok...

The Hotel is just along the best party street in Bangkok (Khao San Road). You’ll definitely love the Thai Pad near the Hotel (must try). Very beautiful and clean room. Good staff and accommodating. The roof deck is the best during night! you’ll see the grand palace there :) And if you’re heading to Cambodia the next day, Giant Ibis is just 300 meters away from the D&D Hotel

I just like the pool and view

when i asked the service room to clean up my room . my bag that i bought from chatuchak was taken and a lots of clothes are losses ! they just managed the bed only the bed the floor was poor and they not clean it !

Horrible

Nothing. Everything was horrible.From the room which was different from the photos to the personeel. The only "good" was its location cause it is in the center but because it was also on a very busy road it is impossible to sleep.

Everything.The room was really old, it smelled also horrible. The air-condition made a weird noise and was very annoying. The sheets and bathroom were very dirty and when i called the reception to change a room they came and changed sheets. But even the new sheets were dirty with hairs on it. The people working at the reception are not kind and they don't help you. When asking to change room they did not helped me. After trying again because i told that i would contact with booking. com they eventually changed my room. My "new" room was from the side of khao san road so every night i could sleep after 4 pm because of the noise. i could not imagine how other people stayed there, the whole rooom was trilling from the sound and the music.

A hotel in name only

Very central location is the only positive to this hotel.

I was given a room by the rudest staff ever, which has a broke. Power plug. They suggested I buy a portable phone charger before offering to move me. The. I was given a room which reeked I’d smoke. Finally given a suitable room, only to later find out there were loads of cockroaches. Staff said I must have brought them in. Very unclean room and only had maid service on one of the four nights I was there. Stay literally anywhere else!

Center of it all on KSR with nice roof top pool and reasonably priced.

Rooms are a little dated, but you don't stay there for the rooms. If you are street front it's very loud till about 3am, but the staff warns you, and that's why those rooms are less expensive.

we just like the swimming pool

we loved the swimming pool

The room was very noisy The receptionist was telling us that she was upgrated us to another room but without even asking us . The room which she upgrated us was actually not very nice, with small bed and no windows and so , we choose to stay in the room that we booked for even though there was loud music till 2 am . we were asked to pay at the reception during check inn even though i thout they took already the money from the credit card while booking and so we paid cash and they asked for 500 baths more as deposit which we received back when we checked out Nobody came to clean the room for 3 days , even though we have told them in the last day.

In the heart of khaosan rd. Shopping and street food in front of the hotel. Nice and big room for family. Pool really nice and clean!

Aircondition could be more powerful.. Room is REALLY noisy at night, didnt bother me though.
